Marine Lubricants
AGIP CLADIUM 120 is an API CD (Series III) lubricant specifically formulated for naturally-aspirated or even highly supercharged marine, industrial and locomotive diesel engines. Its additive package is suitably balanced in order to permit the use of either gas oil or marine diesel fuels, while ensuring top performance in engines with very high mean effective pressures. Hydarulic Fluid
ENI hydraulic fluid offers a line of high quality hydraulic oils specially developed for use in all types of hydraulic systems and equipments. The oils are formulated from selected paraffinic base stocks treated with antirust, antioxidant and antiwear additives The oils are available in a wide range of viscosities to suit all practical requirements.
Gear Oils
ENI Blasia Gear oil series offers both mineral & synthetic gear oil with both PAO & PAG base. The very high Viscosity Index minimizes change in viscosity over a wide range of operating temperatures. It has exceptional oxidation and thermal stability. The additives have been selected to avoid the formation of sludge even if a small part of the fluid oxidizes owing to extreme working conditions.
Engine Oil & Coolant
ENI Engine oil offers top of the line Engine oil developed from premium Base oils and high-performance additives. It’s a long drain multi-grade oil (S.H.P.D.) of the latest generation for supercharged or turbocharged diesel engines operating under severe duty, notably those of recent technology ("EURO 3 - 4") according to engine manufacturer specifications. The product is especially suited for use in latest generation engines fitted with EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) systems. The oil can also be used in normally-aspirated diesel engines installed in vehicles engaged on urban and short-haul goods and passenger service, providing a very wide quality margin. .
Greases
ENI Greases have EP (Extreme Pressure) additives ensures that greases form a tenaciously adhering lubricating film which resists displacement even when subjected to heavy pulsating loads, thus preventing metal-to-metal contact of the lubricated surfaces. Their good physical and chemical stability ensures that these greases remain unaltered even after long exposure to high mechanical loads and thermal stresses, while their outstanding oxidation resistance inhibits deterioration both during storage and use. Their high dropping point allows the products to be used over a wide range of temperatures.
Food Grade & Chain Oil Lubricant
ENI Myrtus TSX 320 is a “food grade” high performance lubricant developed for the lubrication of chains and conveyors operating in food, pharmaceutical and other clean environments. It is based on synthetic esters and with a special combination of antiwear, anticorrosive and antioxidant additives. It is recommended for the lubrication of equipment operating at very high temperatures up to 250°C. is NSF H1 registered and the package reports the NSF symbol & is “Kosher”, “Halal” certified.
Thermic Fluid
Eni heat transfer fluid offers both mineral based paraffinic base oil & synthetic Thermic Fluid which has excellent oxidation stability and withstand thermal decomposition, They are designed to meet varying operational temperatures & offer longer service life.
Metal working fluids
Eni offers both Neat cutting oil as well as water soluble oil, wherein it has a EP type Emulsifiable biostatic oil suitable for metal-cutting operation manufactured from selected base stocks and additive pack containing a emulsifier which offers a very stable emulsion even in hard water. Offers effective metal protection and system maintenance as it contains carefully selected biocides and rust inhibitors thereby providing long emulsion life.
Transmission Oil
Eni offers full range of gear oils recommended for hypoid gears operating under severe conditions and for very highly loaded gears in general, especially those subject to dynamic loads. It can also be used in conventional gear-boxes and steering-boxes on cars and trucks, and in gear-boxes, final drives and power take-offs on farm and earth-moving machinery. It can thus be used for lubricating all gears, whatever they are made of, for which the manufacturer recommend an EP lubricant
Slideway Lubricants
Eni oils are suitable for lubricating machine tool guides. The oils are paraffin-based with special greasing, anti-rust and anti-sticking additives (EP). Eni oils lubricate perfectly the guide-saddle connection of machine tools and prevent sticking and vibration, which influence the quality of finish of the machined item and the life of the tool.
Spindle Oil
Eni offers special oil with very low viscosity, formulated from selected base stocks treated with antirust, antioxidant and some anti-wear additives. It is specifically designed for the lubrication of fast spindles of machine tools and critical hydraulic applications where the appropriate viscosity is required.
Compressor oils
ENI Dicrea ESX 100 lubricant is a synthetic oil with a ester base treated with antioxidant, antirust and antiwear additives. It is specifically designed for the lubrication of reciprocating air compressors & also minimizes the formation of damaging carbon deposits and sludges on the valves.
Quenching Oil
Eni Quenching oils are formulated from paraffinic bas oil blended to satisfy all the practical use requirements. The different flow characteristics & diverse additive packages of various grades enable a reasoned choice to be made on the basis of heat transfer requirements
